This pattern was part of a gift for knitters who attended my 50th birthday party a few years ago. Following the party, I received many requests to make it available via ravelry… so I did!

Construction
These mitts are knit from fingers to wrist. The thumb is knit first, then the main part of the mitt, joining in the thumb at the appropriate point.
Yarn requirements
Skein Queen Voluptuous Skinny in three colours:
- 23 metres (25 yards) colour A (teal)
- 50 metres (55 yards) colour B (brown)
- 83 metres (91 yards) colour C (taupe)
- 23 metres (25 yards) colour A (teal)
- 50 metres (55 yards) colour B (brown)
- 83 metres (91 yards) colour C (taupe)
Or a total of 160 metres (175 yards) of any heavy sock/light sport weight yarn which knits to a gauge of 26st to 10cm (4in).
